Adam J. Brodsky has more
than 20 years of experience in environmental and business law. He is
admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S.
District Court for the District of Massachusetts and U.S. Court of
Appeals for the First Circuit. Adam has assisted in the permitting of
new projects, cleanup of hazardous waste sites, due diligence for
acquisitions and regulatory compliance. He has handled all aspects of
environmental litigation – from wetlands and waterways appeals to
cost-recovery actions. In addition, he has represented and advised
numerous small- and middle-market businesses. His clients include
gasoline station and convenience store operators, commercial and
residential contractors and personal services companies. Prior to
joining DTM, he was principal of his own law firm for 13 years.

1983, cum laude. Admitted to the bar: Massachusetts, 1986; First Circuit
Court of Appeals; Bankruptcy Court; U.S. District Court.
