A partner in the firm, Jeff Tocchio represents
clients in matters involving real property development and land use with
specific emphasis on the areas of project permitting, real estate and
eminent domain litigation and sophisticated real estate leases and
transactions. He has tried more than 50 civil jury cases before the
Superior Court of the Commonwealth. He is certified by the Federal
Highway Administration in Right of Way Appraisal. He also co-authored an
article on eminent domain for the 2012 edition of Massachusetts
Municipal Law, an indispensible desk reference for attorneys published
by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE).
