Emily Melia joined Drohan Tocchio &
Morgan in 2013, bringing considerable experience in negotiating both
residential and commercial real estate transactions. She represents
commercial real estate developers, residential buyers and sellers, and
institutional lenders. Prior commercial real estate projects have
included shopping centers, professional sports stadiums and large
condominium and housing developments.
