Scott represents clients in litigation, corporate, permitting and land use matters. He joined DTM in 2012 with extensive experience in complex civil litigation, particularly commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. Scott is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Maine. He has experience in all aspects of litigation within these courts. Scott resides in Hingham with his wife, Anne, and their two children.
