David H. Drohan
David Drohan is a founding
partner of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan, PC, in 1974. His practice is
concentrated in the areas of commercial transactions and estate
planning. He represents several institutional lenders in documenting
commercial loan transactions and has a significant real-estate
conveyancing practice. David counsels startup businesses and represents
numerous corporations with a multi-state presence. He also advises
clients in business succession and estate planning.
