Erinrose Lavin joined the firm in 2016 and since that time has focused her practice on real estate matters. She represents commercial and residential buyers and sellers, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, and institutional lenders. She also assists clients with land use and permitting matters. Erinrose assists with the corporate and envirnomental practices within the Firm.   

Prior to joining DTM, Erinrose worked as in in-house counsel for a commercial and residential property management and development company, specializing in summary process eviction actions.

Education: Seton Hall University School of Law, JD,2 2014; Le Moyne College, BA, cum laude, Criminology/Crime and Justice Studies, 2011. Admitted to bar: New Jersey 2014, New York 2015, Massachusetts 2015.
